This service is run by the Planning Inspectorate. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this service. For example, that means you should be able to:

Non-Compliance with the accessibility regulations
- When navigating using Dragon Naturally Speaking, users cannot upload files using voice commands. This does not comply with WCAG Level A 2.1: 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value). This requires a fix in Dragon Naturally Speaking. As an alternative, users can use MouseGrid, a feature in the Windows Speech Recognition app.
- When navigating using Dragon Naturally Speaking, the accordion cannot be expanded using voice commands. This means the content within the accordion cannot be accessed. This does not comply with WCAG Level A 2.1: 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value). This requires a fix in Dragon Naturally Speaking. As an alternative, users can use MouseGrid, a feature in the Windows Speech Recognition app.
- When navigating with assistive technology on certain versions of iOS devices, users are taken to the top of the page. This does not comply with WCAG Level A 2.1: 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
- When navigating using certain versions of TalkBack on Android devices, the screen reader re-reads the question title after scrolling past the ‘change’ link. The text is also not highlighted. This does not comply with WCAG Level A 2.1: 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
